Leatherworking I guess if you want max HP - 102 stam to bracer; I dont see why you cant get it at 69

i prefer 110 all the time and i dont like the fact of losing armor since i get ap from having more armor

spell pen is not that great for me as i do not use spells as much as i melee as blood

seems to work just fine on my 60 project toon. you need 2 accounts, one with a 70+ dk and a BOA 2 hander. yes it procs.
