okay, so first. you need to deceive someone, second you need to take something rare, 3rd, be a bitch on the forums about it..and 4th do explorer for your GM

Anyways, on topic:

Don't think it's worth much, Dagamela. Linen Cloak is identical to it (which is made by tailors) and the only reason that other Wispy Cloak was worth so much was because of the GF'd enchant.

But then again, I don't play this bracket so I wouldn't really know...just my assumption from information gathered from that other thread.
 
I don't think this is grandfathered is it? I used to have a ton of these. I don't think they're worth much.

This item is in fact GF'd the mob that use to drop them Lost Soul, doesn't drop this cloak anymore. It had its loot table changed after Cata. Just Like Keen Machete that use to drop off of Threggil but doesn't anymore.

wait, so a wispy with 12 dodge is worth something? i have some of those somewhere...
