Best gear for 71-74 rogue/dk

I was wondering since in mop 71-74's will have their own bracket and I want to have double niff's what would be the best gear for both rogue and dk? Thank you!

In regards to rogue the gear you would use at 74 would be the same as 70, but you would be eligible for 72 Engineering head item. Weakness Spectralizers its called, or close.
