Pre-Patch to MoP?

anyone know if the prepatch that blizz had people download is the patch thats gonna change the specs/classes? if so then when do you guys think they will drop it, My bet is on the 21st.

That's what I heard from rumors.

The pre-patch won't come until after the end of season 11, Blizzard always announces two weeks before the end of an arena season.

The 21st (assuming you're talking about this month) is highly unlikely.
