You have some problems. Firstly, use the valour chest/shoulder instead of the burnished pauldrons. Secondly, get earthbound girdle and the satchel cape of the soldier. You may also want to go with alchemy and herb for your proffessions. Mixology and giant growth gives 13 strength, the minor fortitude is useful and the swiftness potion is very good when you want to chain sprint through wsg and a speed buff against those pesky hunters. Just mah 2c
 
planning on getting the other heirloom set( just started playing again) i was prot before so thats why I've got it. going with skinning and herb instead, just my own preference, not too worried about the swift pots, id say they're good for FC in general but escaping hunters? eh i just don't see that working that good. my 2c would be get the better armor kit, get 2 swift hands or one swift and 1 agm, get dal rends in main, and thick bronze darts ( plus what you said)
 
Look at my armory for reference. You need Brilliant Necklace, JP crit shoulders, +1 resistance enchant to cloak, JP crit chest, Diamond Hammer offhand, 16 armor kits to your gear, belt of the soldier, and dual agm since you're human.

Not escaping, but gap closing. Everyman the concussive and swift pot to quickly get to the hunter. Its useful for my ret in the sig.
 
eh on diamond hammer, also saying having 2 haste trinkets is useless is like saying +1 resist all is useless or +1 stam is useless, add in haste from herb and thats some fast bursts, i can do 2k hp without them anyways (agm is also impossible to get on my server) also just got soldier cloak today getting it chanted soon. sure i can everyman the concussive but Id rather save the pot for disengage, makes a lot more sense imo

They're semi-useless compared to double AGM, but if you can't get it on your server then w/e.
