That's what I have so far, AGM is a work in progress, boa pvp trinket is somewhere on my acct. I'm just not sure which approach I should go to get hitcap, or if it's even possible to get an exact 15 hit as feral. Any pointers would be appreciated.

D-1000 Ring - Item - World of Warcraft is one option for hit cap. Also get belt of of bandit. 2 stam + 5 crit > 5 haste.

Vigorous Belt of the Bandit is another satchel reward belt, not a faction specific one. It has 5 stam/5 agil/5 crit vs. the 3 stam/5 agil/5 haste one you're using right now
