Make sure you do everything in your power to get them out of stealth and cc them. When they open on you, if you are garroted + stun which they should do, instantly trink - blink pet freeze both, deep one poly other and wait for pally to get out of sap. Assuming they both popped trink - vanish, and your pally should still have bubble if he already trinketed a blind. Now in theory you'd still have block for their next opener, when they sap pally go you, assuming you didnt get one out- you are going to have to pretty much instant block while your pally eats a sap, and your pally should hoj one- you should deep other and shatter your brains out while your pally assists in burst. I am starting to not even make sense to myself, it is all completely situational.
