I'm not sure I would call it BiS, so much as highly useful in the current state of the bracket. With so many rogues and the higher burst, random 8-second sleeps make enough of an impact to make the GWA worth wearing. I imagine we'll see that change come MoP, if the burst goes way down.

I've been using it since day 1 on my hpally. It's too valuable to not use. It's saved my life plenty of times. And I do not recall it having any DRs.

You were getting so many procs on my the other day, I was on pantsparty the dwarf rogue.

I swear you got like 3 procs in a single offense attempt. I'm not too familiar with 39's, so it took me a minute to figure out wtf was going on.

Yeah, i remember 2-3 rogues opening up on me and I got a pretty good proc streak out of it.

It's not worth much. It has garbage stats and the proc chance is too random. Sometimes I'll proc it 3 times in a row. Sometimes I'll go an entire game without it procing once.

It's an item that 'can' save your life at the costs of stats.

It's priceless.
