Straight to the point. Which is better for a balance druid in pvp: Grand Staff of Jordan - Item - World of Warcraft or Dignified Headmaster's Charge - Item - World of Warcraft? Which is better for a resto druid?

Depends on how you are hit capping. Bal druid is DHC, Resto druid would be GSJ imo because of the resilience. But come MOP GSJ might be better for bal druid too since spirit doesn't give us hit anymore.

Take a look at the two items:

Staff of Jordan is loaded with hit rating, high stam, and resil. However it has no crit or intellect. Only use this item if you are FCing or if you're forced to use it to get hit capped.

Headmaster's Charge has high intellect and high crit, but has no hit. If you can get hit capped without needing Staff of Jordan, this is going to help a lot.

You don't need staff of jordan to be BiS but you'll still need staff of jordan to get hit capped until you get a pair of Drakewing Bands.
