Hey, I am brand new to the 39 bracket and have no idea about gearing, profs, class balance or what so ever. But I know that I want to join the 39 bracket, and create a fire mage on Draenor horde side 
I would really appreciate if you could answer a few questions about this bracket
- how is the class balance? What class is dominating.
- what profs are good, and is crafting profs viable? And what are the best profs for mages?
- and lastly if you could include a chardev of a BiS, non gfed fire mage, horde only, with profs, talents and glyphs, so I have an idea of what to aim for
