how do i attach Greater Inscription of the Gladiator on my shoulders for my twink. i see many have this and im wanting to. Does the old mail box glitch still work?

To people level 70+ inspecting said 19 twink, the enchant appears functional. To anyone under 70, and to the twink himself, the text is red and the enchant offers no stats.

They will make a character pass the audit when viewed on armory, apart from that they have no effect.
