Level 1 Twinking Place to be?

I had an level 1 twink back in 2009-2010 on Dunemaul Horde named Selwyn, but I haven't been playing WoW much since,
so I was wondering - what is the place to be? Still Dunemaul? I want an active place with almost always online users.
I've seen those recruitment threads, but they don't tell how many players.

What's the place to be, if there is one?

Azjol had 4-5 people on every day about a week ago when I went on a vacation. I can help with pouch & AGM and stuff.
Edit: might want to add to your consideration before u transfer that I know about everything about level 1s, not trying to brag^^ Have fun wherever u go.

Listen to Boud, I have just started at 1 twinking and doesnt really know much, I just know that there is a guild called Gurubashi Playground on Draenor with some active 1's, check it out on Wow-europe.com!

Just found out that the guildmaster of gurubashi playground is kind of a dick. He called me a nub on my gear video for nothing:/. Sad thing is I gotta wait untill MoP to duel him
