Brutal won't require 2.2k, same happens every time PTR is out and people go apeshit time after time.

Does anyone know how much PvP power you're able to get @ 70? I wonder if those resi stackers will even be killable.

All twinks will most likely go full pvp power sockets. and that also stacks like crazy on 70. so when ppl have proper sockets your pvp defense will feel like half of that

ty... tested it on PTR with full pvp power gems you get ~30% reducted from their resil

At the moment on the PTR, your current resilience is just stacked on top of the base 30% with no DR. By the time it goes live no doubt the new scaling will be implemented and those with 45% currently will not have anywhere near 75% overall.
