It's pretty good 7/10 
you can improve it by obtaining bards belt +2stam +1 agility or vise versa, agm with pvp heirloom trinket and Voice Amplification Modulator - Item - World of Warcraft <-- only neck at level 10 that will do anything for you.

Got a new belt and does the Voice Amp actually do anything for a rogue?
Also when the faction change comes off cooldown for me I am going Human.
Unless another class is better for their racial and Ill just get the BoA pvp trink n AGM on my server is pretty hard to get withoutn 10+ ppl D:

Voice Amp does nothing for a rogue, but its another green gear.. But its not benefitial.
I would go nelf because you get a vanish, which imo is better than second AGM.
Get the PVP trinket with resilience.
I would also get 10+ haste on your gloves, but thats about preferences. But its faster hits and faster energy regen. (noticeable)
Minor speed on Boots, so you cant get kited.
AGM ofc.
Other than that, it looks cool.
