Outlaw Sabre - Alliance

I have seen several Alliance rogues with the Outlaw Sabre sword and i was wondering how they obtained it? I have checked wow head and various over posts and they all seem to state that it can only be obtained by horde? Yet there are lots of Alliance with it! Could anyone please clear this up for me? ahah cheers!

They paid real life money to faction change to do Horde quests.

As mentioned above the only way you can obtain it as an ally is to have faction changed from horde, however the Venerable Mass of McGowan can provide a decent substitute if you dont want to fork out real money for a slight upgrade, but its whether or not you deem it worh doing tbh, I did it
