It's not for certain, unless it has changed since yesterday. I searched for awhile trying to look for it. No luck.
There is a rumor that there will be a pre patch before MoP is released. 5.0.1 something like that, but it wasn't confirmed.

But the ptr can't let us know what's open to trial accounts, right? Because IIRC, trials are coverted to full accounts when you move them to the PTR.

At the battle.net thing i added a ptr account then i hit download client on the place where it shows all the games.

Don't download it right now. It's NOT up. There have been no servers for a very long time... -_-

20gig... god.... it takes me 5 hours to download 1gig on my internet.

It's gonna take me a WHOLE FREAKIN WEEK to download it and clog up my net that whole time...
