Activity?

I've been twinking for many years, and I've quit and come back to WoW on multiple occasions. How is the 29 bracket doing, I understand you get some pops, would anyone be willing to give me date/time specifics? Also, if anyone is interested, knowing which side needs what would be useful. I may be coming back to WoW with a friend sometime soon, and it would be almost solely for twinking.
