Is this cloak grandfathered or something? I prob get ambassador title tonight even if I didn't plan to get it in the first place just because the cloak never ever drops. Are there any catch on how to get it? I just need the cloak to finish my prot pala so it's a bit annoying. :/
 
It should be about the same droprate as every other satchel loot according to Wowhead, but my friend got it after 100 runs and it took me easily over 100 runs to get on mesi aswell, and got second somewhere around 160 runs. Now I need to get it on my mage too ;(
I would recommend to get a lvl 16 to que to random dungeons with you so you get RFC/DM runs for random, which significantly decreases the time to get satchels. :)

Use http://www.wowhead.com/item=22990/tranquillien-champions-cloak this cloak before you get the satchel loot one. :)

AFAIK, there is a GF'd satchel cloak with +11 stamina though :p Just a fun fact. Also the exploited high-level satchel loots are grandfathered now.

i ran dungeons on my priest until i got ambassador, done a whole lot more but still no stam cloak

good luck just run through random dungeons all the time you will eventually get it
 
took me well over 100 runs to get the stam belt on my pally... it will drop trust me. Just takes a while sometimes.
 
Darn, I guess I just have to keep farming dungeons then and hold my thumbs. I'll try to find a lvl 16 to join with me, thx for the tip. Had totally forgot about that. Wish me luck and hopefully u will see me in bgs soon. :)
 
Did a good 25 runs today for the cloak, no luck. 80 dungeons dry streak on my mage now! Fuck my life :)
 
Got like 3 8 stam cloaks during the first 10 runs on my new paladin while trying to get the sorcerer belt.
 
IMO it's stupid the way people can never get the last piece of satchel gear they need. Tumultuous Cloak of the Bandit seems nearly impossibly to get across two twinks.

Bandit and soldier are two of the most common, monkey being the third of the ~15% according to Wowhead. Stamina is ~8%. It could also be a belt of course, so you have a 50% chance of having the 8% chance of the stamina cape. Not the worst drop rate in WoW, but not exactly high either.

That's what wowhead says, yes, but according to my studies, to get the stamina cloak is closer to 0,8% instead of 8% >_>

Don't twist the knife in the wound D: I also saw 2 guys getting stam cloaks in the first 5 runs they ever did on their new tinks, as I was farming dungs yesterday...


Actually so far on my 3 twinks, I've got a total of 329 dungeon runs, and 2 stamina cloaks have dropped. 1/164, so that's about 0,61% chance to get it so far. GL fo all you farmers out there....

i was so upset when i had the bandit set in two runs on a 15 and not the bandit cloak on my 19
