Riding Turtle & Account Bound Mounts

With Blizzard's new release on mounts becoming BoA in MoP (with certain exceptions like the PvP mounts), I was wondering if anyone had heard if the TCG Riding Turtle will become Bind to Battle.net Account in MoP

Not the items will be BoA. You will be able to use every mount on every char that meets the requirements.

What about titles? Since there is no lvl requirement for for instance the Noble, GoC or diplomat, will they become account shared as well?

So will mount be account bound if you purchased them?

If I get a Riding Turtle on one of my twinks, all other will be able to use it?

Yes...., a quick google search will show that all mounts except class and pvp rewarded mounts are account bound. (there may be an exception or two) but tcg mounts will be account bound
