So Im inspecting some of the horde I meet in BGs and all of a sudden I see this:

blabla stats bla bla
use: fires an explosive rocket at an enemy for 1165 damage.

This is some high level engineering stuff (Hand-mounted pyro rocket), how the heck did he get that as 19?

Also if you look under his statistics his largest hit dealt is 2262 which probably could be without the rocket, I don't know. Just seems strange.

It doesn't even work at 19, you dumbies! It worked the same way as shoulder exploits using the mailbox back in the day - it has never worked, when you click to use it, it says your engineering isn't high enough.

I'd assume it was done on BoP gloves a similar way the socketing was done.

fun cause it's true.
and he had this since the gem bug, we (stubs & I) tried to attach the gloves enchant to see if it would work - it didn't, you need 400+ engi.
