Tiger Band

Hello, I'm wondering if the ring Tiger Band from the escort quest in Razorfen Kraul is still obtainable.
I was going to do the quest there, but the exclamation was silver. I figured I would have my friend accept the quest and maybe it'll show me the box to accept it too, but that didn't work.
Wowhead says that I need to be level 30, so Is there something I'm missing here or was it changed with a patch?

iirc the quest was either removed or give different loot. :/

The quest still exists and works fine, but got its minimum requirement moved up to level 30. Anyone who did the quest before the level requirement changed, retains the band.

To directly answer your question, you can still get the Tiger Band, but not on a 29.
