Yes, another hunter QQ thread, I know, but I thought I'd join the bandwagon. On my Alliance character, I have joined multiple warsong gulches full of hunters on both sides. You can guess the match. The Horde won, every round I've been in this weekend.

Hunters defending EFC, hunters defending EFR, hunters zerging FC and FR, hunters camping middle and GY. Not fun, at all. To the point I feel I need to put my two cents in.

Hunters are the bane of twinking. Let's be honest. Horrible backpeddling hunters can still pull max KBs and damage if he spams concussive shot and kill command. Little to no thought process involved. It almost comes to the point that I think these certain huntards believe backpeddling is pro.

I myself enjoy making hunters, but would I twink one? No. Even one good hunter can decide win or lose. It's just... blah.

I've also come across hunters in our team claiming they are pro for doing so much damage. It's ridiculous. I feel people roll twink hunters to have a big epeen. Nothing more.

I'm a feral druid, and I can easily take one hunter down, maybe two, but when there are three hunters, it is just absurd. It is nowhere near fair to get multiple hunters concussive shotting you and kill command spamming.

I feel we need to outlaw hunters. Give people sh*t for rolling one. No, I don't mean be a douchebag, but annoy them that it is killing the bracket to roll a hunter. I don't mean we should drive out every single hunter, but we need to let people know what they are doing to the bracket.

Also, to all you rogues out there, you can be the most annoying class against a hunter. Rogues, give hunters hell. Sap their pets. Just do anything to let them know we hate them.

Now, half of what I am saying is caused by some rage, but when every match has 7+ hunters, who can't rage? I just feel that we need to scare off the nub hunters, keep some of the pros. And some of you hunters reading this, perhaps contribute? Don't delete your hunters or anything, but spend more time on another twink.

Don't take this the wrong way, guys. I don't hate the people who play hunters, but I just hate the class itself.

We need to do something. Stand up. Bug 'em, but be polite about it. They'll want to reroll.

Sorry if these hunter threads are getting annoying, but spread the word. ^_^

As nice as this idea is in theory, it won't accomplish anything. Just do the best you can, ignore the hunts spamming chat telling you how pro they are, and dream wistfully of when they inevitably (I hope) end up on the downside of the Almighty Blizzard Wheel of Nerfs and Buffs and get the crap nuked out of their class. Then you can backpeddle and spam lol at them for a change.
 
I sympathize with you completely, Unfortunately though, you won't be able to sway anyone over the internet.

Yes, we all know hunters are infecting this bracket more and more as time goes on but what exactly can you do about it? Yes, it sucks but the only thing you can do really is go on. You won't be able to tell someone what to do, especially over the internet where you hold no type of authority. People roll hunters for different reasons, no matter what they are. Hunters can be beneficial and at the same time a curse. Usually both although most hunters suck in this bracket.

In the end, all you can really do is just go and try your best, regardless of how many hunters are around you.
 
What You mean hunters are fine, their fkn annoying, I hate when I just kill someone and a distant arrow hits me, its like faark off man my shadowstep is on cooldown pick on someone else you noob. so annoying I could imagine how hard it would be for warriors or other classes.

They effortlessly get mad honorable kills damage per bg, they disarm you for 8 seconds! rendering us melee dependent classes (rogue/warrior ect) USELESS.

their dps is OP considering they can do it at a safe distance and ALSO that they have a pet. I don't like em, a geared hunter (especially a stam stacked hunter that my burst damage wont effect), and a 15% hp buff, omfg gtfo.

Its not even that, its that they think theyre all that, whatever a hunter achieves I half it by 50% and give them that amount of credit/respect. easy class, easy to use, same as pallys, especially human pallys fark me.

pallys/hunters are an OP/easy-to-use class at this lvl, and humans have an OP racial for this lvl too. Things are always gonna be OP, I mean not entirely but theyre will never be a healthy balance.

Not even skill can level this balance, but it can help it, As a rogue I purposely isolate hunters/pallys and try to own em, because I Jizz when I kill em, and if I dont kill em Im happy that I annoyed them.
 
Many of you brought up good points, yes, but in my opinion, we should atleast talk to these hunters in BGs and F2P chat. Try to convince them or something.

If people open their eyes that they are destroying the bracket they like, they'll most likely stop 'hunting'.

I hear you, i do play a MM hunter( somtimes), and i want their damage nerfed, not utility, but the best we can do, is all roll the next more op'd class (idk what that is), and ignore BG'wins/losses, and hope to roflstomp them in to rerolling,( All Healer BG??), or just roll op'd classes, and ignore them....
 
Hunters damage is a little outrageuous at times. But with the skillevel of hunters in this bracket, its easily countered by whit.

I agree with op, i played a op hunter for 6 months. He came out of retirement a few games this weekend but was bored yet again. I had a 3.2k hp warrior i made, still gearing get kited by a back pedaling conc shot spamming hunter. I think those are the ones that make you mad. Not the ones who jump shoot, strafe, etc....but just back pedaling.. i must say that is (intentional or not) a hell of a bg troll that can make even the even tempered of players nerd rage.
 
When ever i see a hunter, in any bracket and he isnt grandfathered.. I give him shit..
And im not polite..

My 2 cents:
when you see a hunter, explain to him in the most unpolite way you can, how big an ass he is for rolling his class and how much he is ruining whatever twink bracket he is playing in.. > 60

(I hate hunters, and everything they stand for)

Hunters are like nuclear weapons. They do a lot of damage, pollute the environment and no one wants them. The other side has them though, so you need them too. Mutually assured destruction. The problem is, they are in use. One day we might get them to not be so OP again at lower levels, but who can say? I don't really expect Blizz, resilience or pandas to fix it.

Instead of trying to get Hunters to re-roll, you should just make a Hunter yourself

It only takes 21 hours, to level to 20, and fully gear a 20 Twink pre BOA, so some day if Hunters end up being bad at the bracket, you're not really out any significant time, whereas playing every day on any other Class, where you're just dying to Hunters all the time is a huge waste of time and effort

There's also the fact that WoW is obviously not balanced around level 20, at all, so Hunters might be broken for a very, very long time for this bracket

Okay? I like playing non Hunter Classes, too. In fact, I haven't played a real Hunter since sometime in Wrath

The level 20 bracket doesn't really give many choices, though, and of those few choices, Hunters are still clearly the best DPS
