The mage fist with + 3 stam + 5 intell and + 4 Spirit

Or

The Serpent gloves with + 4 stam + 6 Intell

The stats you gain from Serpent Gloves are superior to Magefist Gloves.

Serpent's gloves are better. the extra int and stam is more viable than 4 spirit, due to the fact that this is a largely burst-y bracket, and around 80% of the bgs you're in the fights will allow you to drink rather than rely on spirit for mana regen.
