Do mages use Keller's Girdle anymore?

Just wondering is the Keller's Girdle any use any more for a mage? or is that dungeon belt better?

i know some mages who use kellers for a max SP gear set but as said before stachel gear > kellers

satchel belts are overall better, but if you were looking to make a full SP set then kellers may make itself useful

The belt is only BiS for shamans and non grandfathered druids.
