Fc War Shield Question

I have all of the above.
My preference tends to be Commander's Crest ~= Redbeards (though I'd use redbeard vs an abundance of rogues). I have 3 blocking & one 5 dodge grunt/defender shields with a variety of enchants.
Although the avoidance the dodge & blocking shields give makes me lol a little when I look at my stat sheet, in honesty there isn't all the much of a difference when compared to the other 2, if anything I feel a little gimped with less stamina & armor. Mainly because the rogues which tend to be on offense are the ones with expertise, coupled with DR from some avoidance stats I dont think it's really worth it.
Then again, this is one of the few things I didnt theorycraft when I was writing an extensive warrior guide back when vengence was still about. Post vengence nerf I gave up on the guide. So my reccomendations are purely from experience and nothing more.

Redbeard's in nearly all situations. Armor all the way, as you can't always keep a rogue in front of you, and dodge isn't useful against hunters at all. I do have a "of blocking" for my rogue set, one with spirit enchant and one with shield spike.
