Just a note to those interested, the +stats (int/agi/so on) improve your BASE stats. So the first two options are generally your best bet

Here's my results on the damage buff so far. The sample size is 25 (very small, I know…but adding to it every Faire). The list number is the damage % modifier. The percent is how often I got the buff (so I got the *106% modifier 20% of the time). Keep in mind the Buff description always just says 5%, you have to go into your character stats to see what the actual modifier is.

3. 12%
4. 20%
5. 8%
6. 20%
7. 4%
8. 4%
9. 0%
10. 12%

Here's my results after this last faire. Sample size is 35. I'm going to keep tracking it, but its starting to look like your chances are pretty evenly distributed among all 10 damage modifiers. In the above, I got the +6% damage modifier 14% of the time.
