Arcane Mage Chardev

Can somebody please make me a 24 arcane mage chardev please (or a link to a BiS one)? Im brand new to the bracket, 19s are dumb, so I would like to give this a try. And yes, I did look in Agonists directory thread and looked at Sanctuary but couldnt find a mage that looked BiS, so I tried . Thanks

24 BiS human mage faction-change: chardev 9
24 BiS worgen mage faction-change: chardev 9
24 BiS worgen mage non faction-change: chardev 9

Worgen don't have any racials that affect hit chance, they only have one called viciousness which increases your crit chance by 1%. You'll only need about 8-14 hit rating to get to the cap, if even that

It takes all of 10 mins to put together a BiS chardev for 24s, if you don't like the one's being linked, then stop being a lazy SOB and make one yourself, if you don't have the competency to make a chardev, then I highly doubt even being BiS will help you in battlegrounds.

I will be a viable tink, BiS or not, thanks for your concern. Lookin forward to the BGs. Oh and thanks Agonist, I had no idea those pants were out there, Im pretty ignorant about 24s. Braindelay, thanks for all your help, Im sorry I wasnt appreciative enough

You can build an Arcane Wrath set or incorporate individual pieces for a total glass cannon set. I have a perfect Ivycloth Tunic of Arcane Wrath in my twink stock, which gives +16 Arcane spell power, twice as much SP as BoA chest at that level. So, keep your eyes peeled for those.
