hay i was wondering what would be the best prof's to stick with for a 20 F2P war(after enchanting and leather working) :p

I see a lot of the good warriors running Herb/Alch. But it's really about your personal play style.

I would roll a blood elf warrior. Enchant all your items in enchanting including minor stam on shield, which is Blood elf only. After enchanting everything pick engineering for a Helm and Mining for parts and the toughness buff.

8 stamina and 3 hit rating over alch buffs, and a HOT/Haste buff? When warriors die in this bracket it's usually because they weren't with their group/healer and there's usually no way it could have been avoided because they're so UP. Best way to gear a warrior is pure Str/Crit and run with a healer. Warrior is pure DPS in this bracket because they have horrible survivability.

tldr;
Mining/Engineering isn't good for warriors because you can have 2k hp and still get facerolled by another class.

Start with Skinning and Leatherworking to create two stacks of Medium Armor Kit ( For future use )
Learn Enchanting. Disenchant the items from Leatherworking. Buy / Loot greens & blues. Enchant your gear. Craft your stacks of scrolls ( I recommend 1 stack of each enchant ).
If you want to craft yourself Brilliant Necklace or Thick Bronze Necklace learn Mining and Jewelcrafting. You can buy Scout's Medallion
Drop Jewelcrafting for Engineering to craft yourself Crude Scope.
If your are horde and you don't want/have LFH... Drop Jewelcrafting for Engineering to craft yourself Crude Scope and Flying Tiger Goggles . In this case you have to stick with Engi .. but you can keep mining for the Toughness and craf bombs like Rough Copper Bomb, Coarse Dynamite, Small Seaforium Charge ( world drop schematic ).
If you are ally or horde and the headslot it's not a problem anymore, you can drop Engineering and Mining for Alchemy and Herbalism.

Alchemy ( Mixology ) & Herbalism ( Lifeblood and gy flowers for opponents ) are the best choice. You can craft Rage Potion, Holy Protection Potion , Elixir of Giant Growth ( 13 strength with Mixology ), Elixir of Minor Fortitude ( 42 hp with Mixology ), Swiftness Potion (world drop) and Swim Speed Potion ( good for AB ).

Good stuff from vendors : Healing Potion , Lesser Mana Potion and all the Inscription scrolls ( for teammates )

As above, although he left out BS. Sharpening stones. If you want to be BiS, you basically need every profession, nearly anyway. There's also JC heal stones, although I question their effort:benefit ratio. Endgame though, alchemy, no question. It is far and away better than everything else. Now, because alchemy is so much better than everything else, and to gather the herbs to use it, people take the marginally useful herbing to go with it. The haste is nice, but mining or skinning would be better.

Of course, who CBF relearning them every single time? If it's for arena though, or just not an oft used character you want to absolutely max out, I would swap herbing for skinning for the crit, or mining for the stam.

Indeed... but I think is enough at this point.. He will use Coarse Sharpening Stone / Coarse Weightstone after he will discover the Darkmoon Faire Grind.

And by the way you can buy the Recipe: Rage Potion from Xandar Goodbeard <General Supplies> ( I find it there like always ).

yeah...what aradiel said...the stone statues kinda blow...more for the fact that they only stack to 5. i just make as many as i can each DMF and then use them up and wait for the next faire to make more. Although saying that...they are kinda cool to use with their shiny blue laser line...i've never ever seen anyone else use one in a battle ground. ever.

once you get the speed pot recipe, never ever drop alchemy.
