How to learn the flag carrying jumps in WSG?

Hey I'm making a 19 resto druid, wanting to learn how I can learn all of the jumps and tricks for WSG. Haven't found any really good videos on youtube and a lot of stuff is outdated.

Which class is going to be the best at 19 in MoP for flag carrying? I've been hearing some things about 19 shamans and 19 holy pallies.

I usually dont help my team and just try jumps during whole battlegrounds. I do it sneakily and usually no one notice

Yea, its recorded on a 3.3.5 server, but all the jumps is VIABLE in cata. (I recorded it all 1 month ago. my retail acc was locked so I had to record on my private server)
