Would this idea bring balance to pugs?

Before i quit f2p this ab weekend i was talking to a guy who said how much he hated f2p horde pugs. he said that blizzard should make bg's like dungeon heriocs, that require a ilvl. what do you guys think? do you think that could bring balance to bg's?

An example would be putting low geared players with other low geared players. and put good geared players with other good geared players.

Would be nice, but could mess up q times for both sides.

they don't even make 85s do anything but show up right? Why would they make level 20s gear up?

An example would be putting low geared players with other low geared players. and put good geared players with other good geared players.

and then create a queue time problem. Or this could force people to reach an ilv in order to get in a certain bg. Would also require a stop to switching gear in middle of game which sucks if you need to switch to fc gear. Lastly this would also create brackets withing brackets.

they already match BG queues/teams by gear. this was implemented a while ago

for the love of god you guys, if you don't like the imbalanced 20-24 BGs, just don't play them!
