best level/spec for a dk

so im trying to decide between either going 70 blood for arena and use frost too cuz the scaling would be better for blood. Or going frost at 71 and getting the weapons. Or going 72 for weapons and engineering helm. I dont quite understand scaling and im wondering what would be the best thing for battle grounds as i know that you cant do arena if your not 70

Well niffle axes give you higher damage output, tho I wouldn't recomend going 72 for helm.
Blood ain't as OP after vengeance...
You can do arena as 71-74 as long as you're inn an arena team before you level with a 70 beeing leader.
Leveling beyond 70 locks you a little though so it might be abit annoying...

I've been rolling with 210 and been absolutely fine in arenas/bgs.

But yes, Blood is OP as fuck atm.
