Enhance shaman question

I'm enchanting my weapons at the moment and want to know whether crusader or the +15 agility enchant would be more useful for one or BOTH of my Vene's. The 100 strength proc would out rule the AP granted from the +15 agility, but I'm not sure whether it's better or not. :|
Thoughts, opinions, statements?
