My New Gaming Rig

So I'll preface this by saying that I started out with the CPU which was leftover from an upgrade I did on a build for a customer. I built everything around it with the idea of upgrading to the Piledriver series that should retail later this year. I'm coming from a P4 with a PCI video card mind you lol.

CPU: AMD Phenom IIx6 1100t OC'd to 4.0
MB: Asus Sabertooth 990fx
Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengeance OC'd to 1866
PSU: Corsair HX850 modular
Video: 2x EVGA 570s in SLI OC'd to 900 MHz and undervolted
HDD: 120GB Kingston SSD Data 6GBps
1TB WD HDD @7200 rpm
Optical: Lite-On 12x BluRay burner/player
3.5 inch media card reader with USB 3.0
Lite-On 24x DVD burner/player
Cooling: Coolermaster 212 EVO+ Heatsink/Fan
1 200mm side intake fan
1 120mm front intake fan
1 80mm bottom intake fan
1 120mm rear exhaust fan
2 120mm top exhaust fans
Case: Coolermaster Haf 922

Such a big change now. Used to get 5-10fps in 10 man BGs (forget about larger lol) and that was on low settings. Logged in with an almost instant load time today and my GPS was lets just say well above the 60fps threshold lol.on ultra. So tell me what you all think.

coming from a p4 holy shit, i remember the p4 days when clock speed was king...that was fuckin ages ago man. hope you enjoy the new rig, literally anything is better than what you had lol

ps i think the piledriver series name is hilarious

sounds like overkill, but i did the same thing back when mine was built. overclocking cost me 2 graphics cards from lack off attention to heat(nub experience) id just keep an eye on that but it should play any game on the market right now with no problems.

Cost me probably 1300 to build maybe less. Yeah Roudy I've been monitoring my temps pretty well. Also stress tested it for 10 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes in Prime 95 and I've seen no issue so far.
