I have a few 70s I sort of gave up on after being raped by tazik so much. Anyways:

a) Will tazik still be around in MoP?
b) What server is most active?
c) Which server has the most 2k+ players?
d) How active is the bracket?

a) Still the same in beta. There's chance for it to be nerfed in future, though.
b/c) No idea
d) Lvl 70 bracket is really active, it might actually be the most active twink bracket.

If u're Alliance: Defias/Outland/Ravencrest
if u're Horde: Frostwhisper (if u're not german), Destromath (if u're german)

Destromath is dead, some guys lvled. Most of them xfered to other server. Like me.
Most activity is on Stormscale Horde than Frostwhisper.
Alliance i would agree. Outland is also a lot of activity
