If you buy a character from someone is there any way to get that chracter to your account. I dont think there is a way. But if there is can someone give me a brief explanation on how to do so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can transfer characters to another account BUT ONLY if the accounts have the same last name. If you wanted to bring the character that you bought to your original account, then you would need to get the new account's last name changed to your original account's last name. Though to do that you will probably need to send Blizzard some sort of evidence to show that you had a legal last name change or whatever.
