If so how! I need some in depth details on what's changed since last doing it on my WOTLK 19 c:

Go to cave in soith east zangar and start killing.

Timbermaw Hold: Felpaw Village. Very north in Felwood. Each mob yields 20 and one guy 60 rep (22 and 66 with Guild Perk) (2,5 hours)
Sporeggar: South-east in Zangaramash. Below Umbrafen Lake there's a cave. Each mob yields 15 rep (16 and 17 with Guild Perk) (6-8 hours)
Kurenai / Mag'har: Warmaul Hill. North-west in Nagrand. Each mob yields 10 rep (11 with guild perk) (8+ hours)
