Want to be able to play US without changing my realm-list every time

Hello, I've had a F2P-acc since the very beginning of this bracket, though I haven't played a single BG yet. The reason is simply because I can't be bothered to change my realm-list every goddamn time (I also play active at EU). So basically I wonder if I'm able to get a US-client, without having to change realm-list..

It works, you can install as many clients as you have space. I have clients for EU, US, PTR
