This service is only for if you have recently lost or deleted an item, and would have contacted a GM to get it restored. Won't work for items that were lost/deleted before the system was implemented.

Got to use it when I somehow vendored my BoA helm on my Warrior I was leveling a few days ago.

Just a heads up. For anyone trying to use this to 'unbind' a BoE for whatever reason, it doesn't work like that. Any item that gets restored is done so in the same condition as it was deleted. So like if you have a Shadowfang bound to a character that is no longer 19, and you want to try to give it to another character by deleting it, it will not work. The Sfang will still be bound when you restore it.

You are also unable to restore things from multiple characters at once, though you can restore multiple items per one character.
