I like your frost resistance :)
So sad you will lose it all in Panda.
Btw i am going to stay as Ret 2 and switch for the Ret 1 when i need to tunel the healers.
But damn, i rly dont know!

Frost resist will likely be converted to frost damage reduction in MoP.

As for the chardevs, besides going 72, You'll likely be better off going with the 4th one, as it has the most resilience (even with WoG scaling, ret usually is a nuke target). Perhaps going for around 400 resi then stacking str? That's what I've been doing as frost, seems to work well, and frost has less healing.

consider taking belt and boots of the tier 6 as they offer a decent amount of expertise, which is pretty important.
expertise gives you at least the option to negate the base dodge (5%, which is 20 expertise) and make it on non melees better to build up holy power, which leads to more damage / heal, depends on the situation of course (you should always have in mind that crusader strike is your ONLY 100% chance of gaining holy power, you rely on it)
not telling it would be for the 2 piece bonus, as 50 mana .. meh, think you understand the point (legs are for almost every class the worst piece, so its better to take those gloves if you arent in need for the stats of the pve gloves, depends on personal favor and preference and of course your class/spec - this is valid for t6 and pvp, you have more def stats if you gem offset legs from swp defensive or even semidef with resplendent gems)
every other abilities are just "rng", which can result in death. you wont be able to negate the amount of dodge a rogue has or the parry of a dk/warri, but at least it helps against those classes/specs which only have the "base"-dodge (priests, mages, warlocks etc).
maybe switch gloves, but its a personal preference 4pc is nice 2 have, cant actually say how much damage cs deals but -1s on judgement (which is a clunky gapcloser in some way) + its an ability which, even if its rng, is able to offer you another holy power.
maybe somewhat like this chardev 9 (ye there arent any enchants, just a show off of a possible itembuild which is pretty much allround suitable, maybe a bit defensive tho but its your personal preference and it matters a LOT at which point you feel comfortable)
with a switch apolyon with resilience or stamina gems (depends on personal preference AND your experience, some people just feel more comfortable with a bit higher health bar at this amount of resilience).
of course you can lower/higher the amount of resilience, but a switch apolyon with weapon chain and resilience gems and an offensive one with strength/berserking (would always consider having two weapons as ret especially with apolyon and jc you have the opportunity to gain a HUGE amount of stats due to 3 jc gems in the weapon which can be switched easily - if you get trained a lot, switch weapon <3)
this is just somewhat of "safe" itembuild, neat amount of expertise, depending on your preference you can get more expertise, higher or lower with gems (switch weapon is a great way, as the weapon has already 3 gemslots). put an insignia because its just an example, race doesnt really matter for testing/showing purpose (notice human got +4 expertise on swords/maces). with glyph of seal i dont know the name anymore youll have 20 expertise, dont know how much room you have for that glyph, otherwise think about changing the gearsetup atleast a bit to gain a decent amount of expertise.
sorry for bad english / wording or similar mistakes  hope its not too hard to understand

isnt it the purpose of a forum to "discuss" things properly? just used to play retribution a lot since early wotlk and the basics in cataclysm are pretty much the same since the start (even tho its a very underplayed alt now), undepending on level (just dont take mastery into the whole "calculation"), even if 70s is a lot quicker (in some terms even easier to set up, whatever you want to call it its not faster as ie 1.x sec kills are able to setup by a high level rmp on 85 too it just requires more things to execute or deny it atleast in some terms & please dont take this word for word as i dont want to discuss how the difference between 70 and 85 is, was just an example to make it more visual or understandable), so you just have to adapt it to 70. as the t13 bonus isnt available at 70, you are pretty much fucked if crusader gets dodged (as you were in the seasons ago or you are atm if you dont use pve 2pc) because of cooldown and rng (which can occur pretty often in bad situations and will, as already mentioned, in death or loss of the already set up kill window).
if you dont know about the class and no one will explain, you arent able to learn, just basics nothing special. he posted chardevs and phrased some questions, so it would be rude to deny him the possibility to gain new informations or other players experiences.

PvP gloves are useless until panda (panda - judgement gives a CP).
Expertise is rly useless too, because my CCs are magic and i dont care about something dodge one time per a week.
Resil set is good yes, but still... i need ap for real to kill the shi.
So since we still have a sacred shield that scales from AP for almost 10k in Ret 2 set, ill be fine with it until panda.
Ty for the halp guys.
And fuck you all lvl 72+ newbz.
