Prot pally/warr BiS armory thanks.

Title really, Had a quick search for pally armories in the list, could only find ret/holy. On another note, what is a better tank prot warr or prot pally.

Pre vengence nerf Warrior > Pally

After the vengence nerf Pally >warrior

aoe rend with a nice stack of ap from vengence used to be insane :s

Prot warrior for removing buffs and stoof with shield slam

and Prot pally for the 3second silence that hits 3 people also 50second cd on their stun....

warriors can take more damage than pallys but pallys have the advantage of overpowered self heals and a stun thats on a 50second cd.

as far as tanking dungeons Prot Warrior > Prot pally
AoE rend is perfect for the small mobs and stacking sunder armour generates a nice amount of threat while you wait for the taunts CD

Thanks Hu, Probably going to go prot pally, im still wondering about heirlooms though, really havn't played too much of a heavy class in this bracket yet. Im thinking Burnished breastplate/shoulders with the 1H parry loom sword, bloodsoaked skullforge reaver.

Mele prot is nice, when strength stacking you can hit some high numbers with avengers shield/exo spam since your sp benefits from strength as prot.
