Resto Druid Advice

Sup yall, I just started playing wow since I quit a few days after cata was released.
Just had a few questions on the highlighter gear below. Any other suggestions are appreciated!

My main Twink Zete - Resto Druid
Zete @ Shadowsong - Game Guide - World of Warcraft
I love to heal, and switch on and off from following around leet dps or good fcs.
I will be capping herbalism once I get the chance.

First off,

Bracers- 16 spell power, 7 intellect, or 9 stam???? I cant decide.

Gloves- BiS, right?

Belt- I have Keller's, Blindwatcher, and many of the gift bag ones. Whats BiS besides TSS?

Weapons- I like em.


Second Twink - Nameistoolon - Holy Pally
Nameistoolon @ Shadowsong - Game Guide - World of Warcraft

Head- which helm is BiS?
Cloak- working on acquiring Sorcerer
Chest- 4 stats or 10 Stam chant?
Bracers- I have no clue... :/
Legs- Whats BiS?
Ring- Best ring for Ally?
Trinket- Working on it

yeah cloth boa helm for druid is BiS
arguably best for paladin too.
Satchel cloaks/ Spidersilk cloak are better than the BoA cloaks in almost every situation

Mindthrust Bracers

Darkweave Breeches are BIS imo for resto droods

For my rings I use the caster Argas Ring and the honour ring

Waist is wrong, You need TSS, which is Gf'ed and goes for alot, and is BiS for resto and balanace. If your looking for one, im selling atm. (tarantula silk sash)

Erm TSS is NOT BiS for non FC druids. Neither balance nor resto.
