  • I entered my 2nd bg on a new warlock, i saw a Alliance human riding a gryphon mount( flying mount req lvl 60) he was level 20, he was not flagged for pvp, and was speaking to us, him alliance. i reported him to a GM, content to let the GM sort it out, i lol'd in the /f2p channel about it, and was attacked for reporting him.and was yelled to go back to my ally toons, is this normal??

    A very concerned player...

Here is link, i can try for a thumbnail http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/855/wowscrnshot050612075403.jpg/

You came into ap chat when we was all making jokes. Then all your comments was a about reporting people for anything you could come up with.

I do not recall reporting anyone for anything i can slap on them.... i reported a player who in my eyes was cheating, and let the GM's decide, what i do not get is why i am slammed for this...

Hmm... let's see, you're not telling the full story here... that stuff about the human in your BG, we don't care about that.

You came to AP Horde, a player 'new' to our community. A few of us are discussing bots - whether in fishing, bgs, whatever - and you start rambling on about how much you wanted to report some of our players for "botting" despite having no proof at all.

Was the discussion about botting affecting you personally? Were any 'bots' affecting your gameplay experience at all in a negative way? What I don't understand is why you thought it would be okay to go around saying "Oh i'm reporting Player X and Player Y for botting" when it's absolutely none of your business.

You keep bringing up the point about some "BG cheater" but we all know you're just using that as a cover up for what really happened in our AP Horde channel.

Weather of not you believe me is nonw of my concern, what is is that i did not report anyone for something they did not do, i will happily post a screenshot if the player if i can figure out how to upload one...

If you don't even know how to upload a screenshot, I think there a bigger concerns for you than reporting people for "botting" in an online game when it doesn't affect you.

Mind your own business next time when joining a new community.

We have many players who contribute a lot to helping both Horde and Alliance on Aerie Peak. They do more for F2P than you can imagine. For you to come in and talk shit about how much you want to "report" them, even after we explained that they help make F2P happen, is just childish and ignorant on your part.

I am sorry, the i assumed the bots you mentioned were p2p at some other level, i had no intention of attacking any f2p's.

There are F2P players who also have P2P toons, which help us group/party/premade. You probably don't even pay for the game - so why care what other people do, when they do pay Blizzard $15 a month to play it?

You should think harder next time before deciding to "attack" any players - if people choose to play by the rules, they have their own reasons for that. If people choose to 'bot' or use other programs to help them in the game, they also have their own reasons. Does it affect you? Yes? No?

If what someone else does in WoW doesn't affect you, I highly recommend you leave it alone and mind your own business.

    I see da gryphon. :O

I would be too lazy to report, as it seems harmless and not interfering, but I wouldn't be rude either, I hope. No idea what happened, as I wasn't online, but can't we assume misunderstandings all around and be happy? :D

Listen to Purse, don't charge headfirst into unexplored waters, wait and see a bit, and then you'll love Aerie Peak and it's denizens with all the ups and downs. ^^ I do!

That is a very interesting screenshot.
After you edited your post I will just call you a troll.

To someone looking at this post for the first time, as I am now, all I see is a f2p reporting a weird exploited glitch, then rambling on about it in f2p chat. Ramblers get hated on. Stop rambling.

More appropriately imo would have been: "saw a lv 60 flying mount gryphon in BG, reported it. Strange huh?"

    and then you stop talking.
