This isn't a legal case or a scientific theory. Basically anyone with half a brain and any presence in BGs can see that WT is a guild that sticks together like flies to shit. Anyone with half a brain and a presence on the forums can see that WT is a guild that sticks together like white on rice. Anyone with half a brain and the powers of observation would likely come to the conclusion that a poll started by a member of WT in regards to 'the best of X' which includes a member of his own guild, which coincidentally happens to be the one with the winning position.

Which is a great position coincidentally no member of WT would take. If you're not in WT and you're not planning to be, you might as well not even have a 19 tinker.
