Need advise on what exactly to say when starting another ticket (story inside)

Originally my druid was going to be a feral MS so I picked up the seal of argas with the stam and agi. I changed my mind to a balance MS and I have opened 2 tickets now asking for a switch but both replies said they cannot do this anymore. Is there something I can say that can trigger them to make them have to switch it or should I just keep submitting tickets or is this a lost cause? thanks!

Since they have record of the other tickets and can view them, It probably wont matter if you change your story. Best to just be honest and keep trying til they tell you not to ask again, or til you find a nice GM that will do it.
