Bartender4, BattlegroundTargets, Icle (or w/e its calld) and might also using Capping if I remember correctly. The only addon im not entirely sure about is his raid frames - could be some modified kind of Grid maybe...

Because they break off of incoming damage, so if i don't lap then my target will be able to inch his way. When the pt is to keep him as maintained as possible.

Overlapping roots in combat = 0 progress of motion
