has anyone that has used this website ever gotten a bad code or invalid code? If so do they give you a working code or do they say "tough" and you're SOL.

I followed the directions (put in the code on the blizzard website first) but it said the code I was given is invalid. I typed it out, copy/pasted it then used their feature where it fills it in for you but it said it was invalid every time.

Assuming that this is a rare occurrence and this code has already been used, do they have any sort of replacement policy?
