Warlock Or Shadow Priest?

Which would you guys recommend?

If you're looking to DPS, Warlock all the way. You'll end up having to heal as SPriest.. Unless you run with a full premade, that carries you, as you run around mind flaying people. ;P

There's nothing wrong with playing a Ripped Green Orc warlock as well

Nothing wrong with 20% haste, 15% reduced snares and extra health reng in combat.

I play a shadow priest, and it pains me to agree with the other posters. You'll always be oom, and I haven't even figured out how viable they are at DPSing in BGs because most of my mana is blown on healing. Which they don't do very well either. The Mind Flay can be very nice for slowing the efc or enemy pursuers on your fc though. But if you don't have a great urge to play shadow, warlock can only be better.

You will barely notice these racials at all on a Warlock. Same goes for Orc.
Anything but Belf is pretty much for the looks of your character. If you want racials that will actually benefit your lock, Belf surpasses in every way.

Arcane resist, AoE silence (emergency mana when HP is too precious to Life Tap), Bloodthistle for an easy +10 spellpower (yes, I consider this a Belf racial), and a head start for Enchanting when you forgot to make that one scroll, or when you need to restock on Wizard Oil.
