Kill Command - Survival or BM

I think Kill Comand is probably one of the most underused abilities.

Why?

Kill command
It costs 40 focus
Crits for over 400

Exploding shot
It costs 50 focus
Crits for around 130 X 2

Which leads to the question - BM or Survival?

IMO BM - in addition to the extra AP you also get the added stun. @ lvl 10 you lose out on about 50 health (on a 1000 health hunter) - but during that 2 second stun you are pumping that other hunter full of lead/wood, using kill Command and increased AP auto shots (AP also affects your arcane shots and Kill Command).

It would seem that most hunters go Survival in 10-14 PVP. I recommed you try BM; it may change the way you play.

That's what my hunter was when he was 10. I went survival once, it was different than BM. Especially if you have a macro set up for lifeblood, kill command, intimidation, (berserk if you were a troll) - It really is better than survival imo.

Only problem is your focus regen gets gimped with so much less haste. . . but your initial bust is very OP. Perhaps do that and then swap to BAR with +20 haste.

i guess u can switch to the axe with 20 haste when ur at 0 focus, and then switch back again when at 100

I have always said BM.
For several reasons
1. People tend to focus the hunter, not the pet..
2. Animal Handler - Spell - World of Warcraft
3. Stun = life saver

Which boas do you use on a hunter? im not sure if ur capped with helm only but, the staff give more burst, and the resi is really good

2hand axe with iron counterweight for PVE
Grand staff of jordan, with 25+ agi for PVP

You will lose both in MoP anyways.
