    they are being extra useless to me as well. trying to get an account unlocked and they keep sending me cookie cutter messages after ive explained 3 times now i cant do it the way they want me to. 1 day in between each response.

    Call them up on the phone. Much much more helpful.
     
    GMs have been sending me tons of cookie cutter responses lately. In about 4 days 3 different toons got the same message from the same gm.
     
    Maybe they didn't know what you were going for with that message. I could see how that would happen.
     
    it seems Gm's aren't becoming helpful/fun anymore, the other day i asked a gm for a joke but he didn't give me one, instead he just left the chat.....
     
    Maybe we should come up with a cookie-cutter report to send to their management (can't remember the email address for it), every time they fail to read the ticket.

    Given the amount of game knowledge these people have, I'm sure the first qualification for being a WoW GM, is giving up the game after dying repeatedly in the starting area. While playing a hunter.


    In other news:

    I've had 2/2 GM tickets satisfactorily handled in RIFT.

    To be fair, you probably should have thrown the words 'bugged' or manipulated or something in there. All you did was make a statement and the GM probably didn't read it closely enough to see there was a problem.
    Yea, I know. I don't really mind, 24s will be 24s, let alone a hunter.
    It's not like it honestly mattered really, if the guy had any brains what-so-ever he would have done some ridiculous amount of resilience instead of a WotLK Agility cut.
    Looking at the ticket itself, I'm somewhat surprised I didn't throw those key words in, as I typically throw in "stuck" as well as go into great detail if I want my ticket looked at a bit faster then usual, I must have been in a hurry or something (As I forgot I even threw this ticket together in the first place XD)

    Yea, I miss when GMs actually had fun doing their job, kinda like this.
    Because no one else makes threads for me to post in, so I get bored and post things for other people to post in :D
    In other news:
    I've had 2/2 GM tickets satisfactorily handled in RIFT.
    I may re-download Rift and continue playing my 20 Rogue, it was some-what fun and the one time I dealt with a GM it was lovely.
