No. Because f2p is for classic+BC only. All races that came through later expansions are not playable.

The answer is no, no one knows, because it hasn't been announced yet. BC and starter accounts can play all the new race and class combinations that were introduced in Cat. The best we can do is guess. I'd be leaning towards not at this point. Certainly no pandas.

If monks start as level 1s of any race, it might just be possible. We will only know when it goes live, and we still don't know when that will be. Even when it does go live, nothing in this game is forever, and everything is subject to change. The only thing that won't change is people asking stupid questions. That is forever.
